Playing the Harmonica helps people with COPD by working the diaphragmatic
muscles and therefore helping to improve lung function.
Playing the Harmonica is a fun way to practice deep breathing and a great way for people to come together to share their experience
and gain support. Join our online sessions and find out more about the many benefits playing the Harmonica offers, meet new friends
and have fun. All you need is a Diatonic Harmonica in the key of C which we can also supply for Ā£5 if you prefer.
