Covid has had an impact on all of our lives. The after effects of suffering from the virus can be varied and serious. The mental health and well being consequences will effect us all. Ā We are still learning about the illnesses that sufferers present with post Covid and are still to see the impact on all of our mental health.

With this is in mindĀ Ā Singing 4 Breathing has now extended their sessions to include those with Long Covid / Post Covid symptoms. Managing breathlessness in addition to medication with activities such as singing, playing the harmonica and gentle movement can help to lift mood, regulate breathing
and improve overall well-being.

The brand new Post Covid Group (PCRG) is a new way to help provide support when it comes to managing breathlessness associated with
Covid 19. Please do not not hesitate to contact us on 07815 963 173 or:

A SINGING SUCCESS...

“The Singing 4 Breathing Choir” performs throughout Northamptonshire, singing at different local events and they have recently worked with the NHS to produce a video as part of their 2018 Fluā€™ campaign.

“Singing in a choir, such as Singing 4 Breathing, not only improves someoneā€™s physical well-being but it can also have psychological and social benefits. Meeting together and singing with like-minded people is great fun and many members say that the choir is the highlight of their week!ā€
